How do I reactivate my personal Kanopy login?

To use the library's streaming video database Kanopy, you must first login through the library. Once you are logged in, you may also choose to sign up for a personal Kanopy account which will allow you to save videos to view later, create clips and playlists, and use Kanopy's mobile and TV apps. (Creating a personal Kanopy account is optional).
If you are experiencing any issues with using your personal Kanopy account, you can reactivate your account by taking these steps:
1) Log into your Kanopy user account.
2) Hover on your name at the top-right of your Kanopy homepage.
3) In the drop-down, select "My Account."
4) Select the "My Libraries" tab.
6) Click the orange "Reactivate" link underneath your institution. This
link might say “Add your university login.”
7) If prompted to do so, supply your institutional credentials in the
pop-up that appears.
