What is Interlibrary Loan? and What is PASCAL?

Answer

Interlibrary Loan and PASCAL Delivers are resource sharing services that allow students, faculty, and staff to request items not owned by University Libraries. 

This includes borrowing books from other South Carolina academic libraries through PASCAL and requesting copies of articles (and books not owned by PASCAL libraries) through Interlibrary Loan.
